Thank you for your review. I completely understand your frustration having to pay for your flights after paying a deposit for your accommodation. We would love to be able to hold low cost flights but sadly they do have to be paid for at the time of booking. You have a fabulous trip booked which gets amazing reviews so I sure you will have a great time. Stephanie

Hi Your booking agent should have made you aware at the time of booking that if low cost flights were being booked we would need to take an additional payment for them. I have fed this back and we will make sure all the team remember to advise customers when deposits are taken, further payments may be required. We are continually looking to improve, so value your comments which will help us going forward. Stephanie
