We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent service when all did not go to plan

Arranged an excellent holiday for us, and when we had to cancel because of medical problems, they did an excellent job of rearranging for later in the year. Could not have been more helpful.

Great to see Headwater listening and responding to the Review - I did speak to Steph and now understand this is fixed and should not be a problem for others going forward. It was unusual to see this as we have had a lot of good service in the past from them. Have amended my rating to reflect that, noting it was still us that had the original poor experience.
