Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We do ask our florists to obtain signatures for delivery, rather than leaving them outside. This is because we have encountered orders going missing in the past, and so it is the delivery person's responsibility to ensure delivery is successful. Should any items go missing, we are happy to replace or refund your order.

I am sorry to learn of your disappointment with out service. Please be aware that our deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm, sometimes 8pm under extreme circumstances. We cannot guarantee delivery times, except for funeral orders, and can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Only one criticism, the flowers were left on the door step and no one in the house heard the bell ring. they were not found until someone left the house
Flowers arrived the day after it said on the confirmation but when I telephoned I was told this was normal. I would have thought they would have arrived on the day as stated on the confirmation.
