Great company. Only complaint- why don't you accept Amex and why do I have to give my credit card details to a person? Old fashioned and risky.

You are 'unable' or you choose not to? I was just concerned that I gave all my credit card information to an individual. Many companies pass you to an automated system at the point of payment.
Excellent service from helpful staff member. We used this company earlier in the year for our Sri Lankan adventure and we couldn’t fault them.
