The service from the UK Office was awful when they were approached with a pre -known operational issue from the trip that could and certainly should have been avoided

We are sorry that you are unhappy with our response and we understand you were upset with arriving in Melbourne early morning, you were not able to check in to the hotel until much later that day, resulting in you having free time to explore in Melbourne.
