I am sorry that there was a section of the chair missing we realised that the last batch had all arrived like this and had to source parts locally that took longer than expected. Thank you for this review. I have passed this onto our packaging department to look at this as I feel that this may have been repackaged via the third party prior to delivery as this is not how we dispatch the chairs. Jamie Welch

Thank you for your review, The delivery charge is free for orders over £500.00 for UK mainland as indicated on the website however delivery to Ireland on this product is charged at £10.00 per item as this is a charge from the couriers. The screw is small as the correct one was used elsewhere o the chair but we will post one to you as discussed.I am pleased though that you are happy with the product. Jamie Welch
