Thank you for your review and I feel the couriers may having been practicing their rugby skills by the sound of how the chair arrived with you. I will be taking this up with them as the boxing is very strong and takes a lot to damage it in this way. On a positive I am pleased that the chair and lumber support is good and should the depression not rise fully as discussed we will be happy to send a new seat. Jamie Welch
