With regards to the refund I apologies as we were waiting for the couriers to return the chair back to us for inspection and as stated on the website this does take 7-10 days. We refunded as soon as we returned the chair back but will look into this re the communication. Jamie Welch

Thank you for your review and I would like to apologise for the missing washers. As reported to you the whole batch had been sent in from the last container and all the washers were missing. Sadly as these are made specifically for this chair we are having to have them sent to us from abroad. As soon as we receive them we will dispatch to you and as discus cussed we are happy to supply an alternative chair if preferred. Jamie Welch
