Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

bit slow yo respond to courier email, about chanegd deivery address (no one working weekends...?) but effecient once the system caught up.

Many thanks for your review. We're glad that you enjoyed many aspects of our service but of course we're sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery charge. The unit was sent using Welbilt's shipper and the cost came from the manufacturer. If you have a 75% better price then that sincerely represents good value. We will certainly have this in mind when considering deliveries to the Isle of Wight in the future. I fear there was some misunderstanding regarding the use of the freight company - I would be happy to discuss in more detail personally. Many thanks again for your order and your feedback.
