Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Despite advertising next day delivery to mainland UK and confirming same twice, after ordering was advised that Scottish Highlands was not part of mainland UK and delivery would be two days

The product delivered on time but one of the pipe to drain the water missing. So have to call them to find out what happened. Have to wait till they talk to the lincant company
