Thank you for the feedback. We certainly appreciate and apologise for the frustration. We checked the goods were in stock when processing the proforma. Unfortunately the stock situation had changed for part of your order when it was processed. We looked long and hard for alternatives but understand you wished to cancel the whole order. The bank holiday did extend the time taken to process the refund and we have identified where we can speed things up here in future. We are very sorry for the delay.
