Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The best thing to do is when place an order is for you have it in stock. If you tell the customer you have in stock ,then phone the customers tell them that it’s going to be delivered the next day...

We are sorry for the delay delivering the Buffalo microwave. Initially we passed on the advice of our supplier but unfortunately the delivery date did slip. We immediately relayed this to you with apologies. We do get the vast majority of deliveries on time as advised but certainly appreciate the frustration and inconvenience caused if deliveries are delayed.
