Dear Sir, we are sorry for the extended delivery, due in part to the machine requiring a conversion prior to despatch with our delivery team. The vast majority of deliveries are carried out within the timeframe specified at the time of the order and we are continually improving our delivery services as we move away from kerbside courier deliveries to site and position services carried out in our own vehicles by our own drivers but in this instance we acknowledge and apologise sincerely for the delay.

We are investigating where our communications have fallen short. In the meantime, we apologise and have assigned a member of our team the task of redeeming ourselves.

Dear Sir, we aim to offer the best price in the UK combined with traditional levels of service. In most instances we succeed. Unfortunately this doesn't always leave much room for negotiation but please rest assured with the satisfaction that you found the very best price in the UK for your Cinders product with no negotiation required - straight off the bat. However, we do apologise for the delayed delivery. We're investigating the cause of the delay right now and are advised by the manufacturer that the equipment is due for delivery by tomorrow.
