We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Dear Sir, we apologise sincerely. An email regarding delivery was sent to you when another member of your organisation with the same billing address ordered with us. Your email was on the account having previously ordered from us. We should have only sent to the person making the order. We also sent the mail to the other member of your organisation. We removed your details as soon as requested but the Feefo request had already been queued although we admit it could and should have been intercepted as soon as the situation came to light. We work hard to comply with GDPR. I hope you can appreciate how this error has occurred, we're sorry and we have learned from it and reinforced our procedures to ensure this does not happen again.
