Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very Slow Service

The itme purchased online was not available, I was offered another product slightly larger from teh showroom or a new one. I chose the one from the showroom but it took absolutley ages to get the...

We apologise that it took a while to get the product to you. I can see from your account that we tried to get hold of you a few times about the payment. Regarding our logistics, we are in the process of improving our deliveries and moving away from external couriers to deliver our products where they only offer kerbside delivery with no call prior. Once again we apologise that you experienced a delay and thank you for your feedback.

Ordered above item, when delivered was damaged, from there was a nightmare due delivery company. Your company was fine at handling situation and recieved replacement from your own delivery driver....
