Many thanks for the review. I have tried to call to provide some clarity regarding the delivery of your bottle cooler. We do offer next day nationwide courier delivery but we can also deliver with our own vehicles. With our own vehicles and people we are able to ensure a much higher level of service over the typical kerbside drop from any of the national next day couriers. Many thanks for the review and we apologise for your dissatisfaction. We feel you have been a little harsh. Yes, we did advise 2-3 days and were forced to amend that advice to 3-5 following notification from our supplier. We’re genuinely sorry about that. However, we did as you suggested we must, and paid for our mistake – to the tune of around £300 as we did everything possible to provide you with a solution in the timescale required.
