Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great prices, support seems good just need to check delivery details

Generally good service although I had to change from PayPal to bank payment for some reason. Flat number was not included in the delivery which caused some confusion as to where package was but...

Slow

Rubbish - do not order if you want to get the ggods in the advertised delivery time. I was quoted 3-5 working days - now 8 and 9 and still not here.
