We are really sorry that the delivery did not go to plan and your experience of Caterkwik was so far from where we need to be. We did all we could to pin our supplier’s courier down to the time slot that you required and we are still investigating how the goods did not get to you on the agreed schedule despite our best efforts and extensive intervention with the Polar supplier (Uropa) and their courier (Price Transport). The vast majority of deliveries run extremely smoothly but we are always working to improve and thank you for your invaluable feedback.
