We really did "want to know". Of course we are extremely sorry that the Parry pie warmer arrived in the condition you describe. We have taken this up with Parry. Indeed, Eve immediately replied to your initial complaint with an apology and a polite request for a photograph to help us reinforce the issue to Parry ASAP so that WE could provide a solution as quickly as possible. Eve did not receive a reply. Sincerely, we are here to help.
