Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Delivery no good nobody tell me when delivery when I came just see equipment put down side road

We apologise that the Archway delivery people (TNT) didn't make the call beforehand. I can see that we instructed them to do so. We have brought this to Archway's attention and it will be fed back to TNT. When challenged about leaving the goods down the side road we were advised that they did obtain a signed POD. We're investigating that too. We're really sorry for the experience - we're rolling out our own fleet of vehicles and drivers to prevent this kind of issue. Thank you for your order, thank you for your valued feedback too. Very much appreciated.
