Delivery was appalling. Own delivery driver or courier this needs to be sorted, very rude and dumped the fridge on the pavement on the main High Street.

We have passed on your valued feedback to senior management at our supplier and please be assured that Caterkwik, our supplier and the courier will not accept rude behaviour towards our customers. Regarding the kerbside delivery. We have a range of delivery solutions available from kerbside to white glove and we will be investigating whether these were properly communicated at the time of order. Many thanks for your valued feedback. We have investigated with the finance team and I understand that there were some difficulties explaining that a cash payment into our bank takes a little time to demonstrate that it was a cash payment rather than a cheque. Of course cheques can (and unfortunately do) bounce so we need to be sure. Nonetheless we apologise sincerely for any offence caused. Certainly, none was intended. Nonetheless, the lady you spoke with will be thrashed to within an inch of her life to remind her to be even more polite in future.
