Sincere apologies- we didn't come prepared and that's not how we operate. This was noted at the time action has been taken. We carry over £100k of spares and our engineers have access to product specific tool / repair kits. As such, we agree with your 1 star review and can only advise that this was an extremely rare occurrence that we think will be even rarer going forward.
