On investigation we were indeed late with your delivery and we apologise sincerely. Whilst we do get there on time in the vast majority of occasions we're genuine sorry that we didn't in this instance. Circumstances beyond our control intervened and we appreciate that this caused problems for you and understand why you cancelled your order. We continue to expand our own logistics operation and keep on with our goal of providing industry leading delivery options to all our customers all of the time. Thank you for your feedback.

We apologise sincerely for the delay and we are investigating what went wrong. With pre notification emails and a call one hour prior we normally avoid arriving when no one is available to accept delivery. On this occasion something has clearly gone awry and we are really sorry for the inconvenience.
