Good Afternoon Mr Latham

We are disappointed to see that you have given us a 1 star service and product score on something that is beyond our control.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control of what Google brings up in their organic searches. Most of the products on our website are made from Cast Iron. Google will see our site as a suitable match for your search criteria. Within our Post Box section, we do have post boxes that are made from cast iron and cast aluminium. It does state on each of our post boxes what material they are made from.

This particular post box is made from Aluminium and as you can see from the other customer reviews, they have given it a 5 star product score.If you are not happy with your purchase, then it is not a problem to send it back to us for a refund.

If you do decide to send it back, then please ensure all the fixtures and fixings are included and it is in a re saleable condition.
