Thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry to hear you're unhappy with the postage cost. Unfortunately, as a small business, we don’t have control over how couriers define their delivery zones, the charges for certain areas, including parts of the Highlands, are set by them, not by us.
We completely understand your frustration, and we do wish we could absorb the extra cost, but as a small company, it’s simply not sustainable for us to do so. We’re always reviewing our shipping options and will continue to look for better solutions.
