Ordered item Wed. p.m for next-day delivery (too late for Thursday but should have been no problem for Friday). It eventually turned up Monday lunchtime. (Goods were what was ordered.)

Thank you for ordering from us, as you are aware cut of for Express is 12pm so this was dispatched the following day the Thursday. We do state on our website in the Delivery section that once the order has been dispatched from us it will arrive within the next two working day so that would be Friday or Monday.
