There is a drop down list on the Kadai Roasting Pan CODE - J2860 which asks if you would like the roasting pan with or without the lid, I think you have selected with out the lid. Please contact us if you would like to order the lid.

It took approx 35 minutes. We did halve the potatoes before wrapping them in foil. Cooked 5 whole potatoes without any problems.
