We are surprised to hear that you were not happy with the customer service and the product you received as we pride ourselves on great customer service and excellent products, the Chrome Hit and Miss Double Air Vent is a very popular product and we don't usually have any complaints about this item. On receiving the vent back we were able to close this vent completely therefore the vent had no fault. As soon as the item was received back to ourselves we immediately refunded you back the cost of the item less the postage. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
