I was sorry to hear that you thought our notification did not give you adequate time to prepare for your delivery. I know our couriers attempted delivery but there was no one at the property to sign for the goods. I am pleased to see that your order has been received and signed for. Although your parcel was only small, we send the vast majority of our orders by courier to ensure that they are delivered safely to our customers.
