Out of date ink cartridges supplied

An recently ordered ink cartridge arrived with a Use By date of 03/2022. Definitely NOT IMPRESSED. Will see how they respond when I've had the opportunity to complain directly to them,

Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m truly sorry to hear that you received an ink cartridge with an expired use-by date. This certainly isn’t the experience we want for our customers. Please rest assured that we take this matter very seriously. We have raised this issue with our warehouse team and are investigating the stock to ensure this will never happen again. I can see that our customer service team has swiftly checked the product and sent you an immediate replacement, which should have now arrived. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Warm regards, Lou Cartridge Monkey
