Regarding the toner cartridge compatibility and performance issues, this is also deeply concerning. I understand how crucial it is to have a functional printer, especially during urgent times. Regarding the lack of response, our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. If you email outside these hours, it will be the next working day before we can reply.
