Immediately after reading your feedback I looked into this matter in great detail and found the courier has sent the product to the wrong depot on the 30th. We in head office were not made aware of the error until we returned after New Year on the 2nd of January and issued out a replacement this is due for delivery today. Hello, my name is Lou. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on our website. I am very sorry to hear you received your order on two separate deliveries. I noticed you ordered both the originals and the own brand toners, unfortunately as we make our own brand toners will always arrive separate to an original product. I tracked both the own brand which was signed for on the 30th of December and the original HP pack which was signed for today. Sadly the original HP pack incurred delays at our couriers hub and had to be redirected to the correct address. I am sorry for the confusion and the delay with your HP original pack.
