Sadly the ink you ordered we have had problems with stock. As your order was on back order it takes priority and when we have had some in stock we dispatch the colours immediately. In regards to the missing black I have sent out a replacement ink and this will arrive tomorrow on a super fast delivery service. From our chat I understand why Royal Mail is more convenient as opposed to a signed for courier delivery as you can not stay in your house all day due to other commitments. As I explained we hold stock in a number of different locations and depending were the stock is available will determine the delivery service used.
