Wonderful Lou finally got my problem sorted out. I thank her for her time and patience spent on the phone with me. In hindsight perhaps I was a bit premature with my comments and I fully retract same. I will of course keep using cartridge monkey thanks to the pleasing treatment I received from Lou.
