I truly hope the steps I recommended will help with the message that's appearing on your machine. In regards to our prices, we try so hard to be as competitive as we can. As we discussed today the ink you purchased is an extra large and the other inks you were looking at were just the small standard size. Once again sorry for any inconvenience caused. I am so sorry to hear there were problems with the details stored on your account with us. I have looked into this matter in great detail; I found your account was set up to default back to your old address for the delivery information. When the order came through to our system from Paypal your account delivery address defaulted to your old one. We were completely unaware this was possible when paying via this method. At the moment the web development team are working on a way to stop this happening again. In the meantime I have manually amended the default address within your account and this will ensure it will not be used for future orders. Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention.
