The confirmation email said the order had been dispatched and would be delivered the next…

The confirmation email said the order had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day. This was not true. The order had not even been packed and was not delivered for two days!

I am really sorry there was a delay with your order due to low stock levels. Unfortunately due to popularity these inks they fly off the shelf fast and in this instance resulted in the warehouse stock feed being incorrect. I am delighted to see Customer Service swooped into action and sourced more stock from another location. Also realizing you had to take a day of work sent you some chocolates and a voucher towards your next order. Once again I am sorry for any inconvenience caused, as you know from previous orders this is not our usual standard and I am confident this will not happen again.
