Hello Colin, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review I'm sorry to hear you still have not received your order. I can see customer service have tried to contact you concerning your delivery. Our courier DPD have tried to deliver your order several times and failed as there was no one available to sign for the goods. Sadly we send all parcels on a secured express delivery to guarantee our next day promise and to make sure the product arrives safe and sound to our customers. It's a requirement for someone to be available to sign for the goods. Again I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
