Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback, please accept my sincere apologies for the issues that you have had with your new building, I’m sorry we weren’t able to get things right the first time with your order. I am glad to see we were able to send out any required parts swiftly for you. Unfortunately on this occasion this did not resolve your issues. I can see that our installations manager is now in contact with you directly and is working to resolve everything for you.
