Thank you very much for your feedback, your order was placed with a pre-booked delivery date of the 7th September and when our driver turned up on the day, nobody was home and he was unable to make contact on the number provided. He reported this to our transport office who were also not able to make contact on the phone number provided and instructed the driver to bring the item back with him as we are unable to leave the delivery without a signature or prior authorisation to do so.

I am glad that you are happy with the straightforward ordering and delivery processes. Please accept my apologies for the issue with the roof tacks, we will take the necessary measures to try to ensure this does not occur again. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback!

Apologies for any confusion regarding the treatment of the playhouse. The come pre-treated with a water based treatment and the optional extra of cuprinol shades must be carried out by the customer.
