Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We do have a strict quality team that check our buildings before they leave our factory, unfortunately sometimes items do get damaged or lost during transit and delivery. I am glad that you are happy with your pressure treated shed and we take your comments on board as we are always looking for ways to improve. Please accept my apologies for the issue surrounding free delivery. There is a section online that enables you to put in your postcode to check if we delivery to your area and if a charge is incurred. I am sorry if this was missed. Thank you again for your feedback!
