Thank you for your feedback, We pride ourselves on having helpful delivery drivers so I'm disappointed that you are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received. The delivery service we provide is advertised as kerbside only, but our drivers do offer as much assistance as they can. I can see from our records that the driver was able to deliver the smaller parts into the back garden as requested and delivered the larger parts to the side of the property, as agreed with yourself, in readiness of the fitting team's arrival. This was due to him being unable to manoeuvre the larger components because of the trellis on your property. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Kindest regards, Kirstie - Waltons Team
