After an internal investigation it appears the website was offering next day delivery over the weekend, unfortunately this was a system error as our delivery estimate is normally 2-5 working days depending on your postcode. I can also confirm your refund was processed and this can take 2-5 working days to show into your account depending on the speed of your bank.
