Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Produce fine put up by two no problem, problem was delivery not told about dispatch or time of arrival, driver alone and I am 69 not a good idea, had to ask a workman working close.

Windows so thin they are useless. 1 door had to be sawed top and bottom etc

Although at the price I did not expect the best shed in the world the quality was very poor.
