Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

potential to be a good product but let down by poor workmanship.

The delivery of the shed was very good and the driver was helpful and efficient, We were told that delivery would be up to 21 days but the shed came within 5 days of ordering.
