We do offer an estimated 2 hour window for delivery which unfortunately on this occasion due to delays on the road we were unable to meet. Our Transport Manager has investigated your comments with the driver and action has been taken. Please accept my apologies that you were missing parts from your original order, if you are able to call me on 0800 029 1000 or email to service@waltons.co.uk and I will get this resolved for you. Regarding the extra parts you have purchased, unfortunately we unable to reimburse for any additional parts that modify the building and are not part of the original building specifications. If any parts were defective, we can replace these as originally offered. I look forward to hearing back from you and thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
