Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Spot-on delivery.

Ano email informed me that my order would be delivered between 7 am and 7 pm. The delivery driver rang me, and got me out of bed at 06-20, to tell me that he would with me in the next 40 minutes....

No real issues, my only downside was that between confirmation of purchase and day before delivery. I felt a bit worried as delivery was a bank holiday.
