We now have a system in place that confirms an estimated 2 hour window in the morning with a follow up call from the driver when he is 30 minutes away. Please accept our sincere apologies for the problems you have encountered. The greenhouse consists of numerous parts and is therefore sent in two consignments. These were sent by different couriers, one chose to leave the parcel and the second not to. We do advise that deliveries can take up to 7 days, and both couriers attempted deliveries within this time frame. Due to the size and weight of the parcels, they are sent on a freight service and we are unable to arrange delivery on specific days. It is of course unfortunate that you chose to go away in this time period. Unfortunately, DX returned the parcel to us as they had carried out three unsuccessful delivery attempts. The parcel has since been resent, and is out for delivery to you today. We are sure that once the Greenhouse is assembled, you will be happy with it but any issues please let us know.
