Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The girls there are really helpful and do their best. But I paid a lot for a picket gate which was delivered quickly, then waited ages for the picket fencing. The fencing wss cheap, but rough sawn...

Very poor quality shed...

Very poor quality shed, bought the Bournemouth wooden summerhouse, it was extremely thin and flimsy. Roof and floor even worse. Screws very cheap and soft steel. I would be surprised if the shed...
