Thank you very much for your feedback, I’m really sorry that you were not entirely satisfied with your new Tongue & Groove building. There is a description section on the product page that provides an entire breakdown of the product and also has the instructions available as a download. These show that this is a 7 x 5 building with a 2ft extension and I am sorry if this was missed. Disconnecting calls is not something we do here at Waltons, I suspect this may have been accidental or a connection problem, but can you provide the details of the person you spoke to so we can retrain them?If there is anything we can assist with in the future please don’t hesitate to contact us on 0800 029 1000 or via e-mail to service@waltons.co.uk
