Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I would recommend your company to friends for the ease of ordering etc. It was delivered exactly on the day specified (although 7am was a little early). My only issue was with having to pay £19.99...

The finish let it down

The shed was fine and was as expected the instructions were clear and the assembly was very good ,up to fitting the door it was not square and when it was fitted it left gaps to the frame .i feel...

Ok

The shed itself is ok but we were missing our padlock bolt and the windows are really poor, thin Perspex. I had to buy extra timbers and a piece of 4mm Perspex to make a solid windows.
